Position Title: Customer Service Representative Position Number: 255146 Location: Chantilly, VA Desired Skill Set: Call Center, Case Management, Customer Service Position Description: Customer Service Representative 2 Start Date: 01-MAY-2017 End Date: 31-JUL-2017 Location: Chantilly, VA JOB DESCRIPTION: The primary responsibility of agents is to assist members, providers and facilities within Utilization Management & Case Management support, especially network adequacy research and transition of care. This role is to educate and encourage our members to take advantage of the various programs available to them as part of their employee benefits to promote a healthier lifestyle and overall wellness. Secondary responsibility of this role will be to assist members with portal questions (incentives, wellness actions, rewards redemption); and assist with member inquiries or concerns - end to end contact.
