Req ID: 40868BR POSITION SUMMARY The primary responsibility of agents is to assist members, providers and facilities with Utilization Management & Case Management support, especially network adequacy research and transition of care. As well, this role is to educate and encourage our members to take advantage of the various programs available to them as part of their employee benefits to promote a healthier lifestyle and overall wellness. Secondary responsibility of this role will be to assist members with portal questions (incentives, wellness actions, rewards redemption). Qualification Requirements: - Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience required - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments, competently, accurately and efficiently required. - Flexibility to work until 8pm Monday through Friday required. Preferred Skills & Experience: - Customer service experience in a call center environment, both inbound and outbound, preferred. - Customer Service experience in a transaction based environment preferred. - Experience in a production environment preferred. - Claim processing experience preferred. Education: The minimum level of education required for candidates in this position is a High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience. Licenses & Certifications: Customer Service/Associate Customer Service Specialist is preferred.
