Customer Service Representative
*Description:* *Leidos* is seeking a self-motivated problem-solver with solid *customer service* and communication skills. The selected candidate should also possess basic Microsoft Windows configuration skills and an attention to detail. This opportunity will provide a growth path for someone looking to get a foot in the door towards a cyber security career. *PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Brief users, create accounts, track account life cycle, unlock accounts * Media uploads and downloads * Troubleshoot MS Windows / Office and printer issues * Build and configure machines for existing networks (new and replacement) * Assist ISSO staff with routine system compliance tasks (system patch and virus definition updates) *Qualifications:* *REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:* High School diploma and 2+ years of experience OR Associates and 1+ year of experience OR Bachelor's and some relevant experience from internships or other work experience. Must possess an active SECRET level clearance to be considered.
