Vice President Contact Center Analytics
GDIT is looking for a Vice President, Contact Center Analytics to join our Health Sector business area. Reporting to the Vice President/General Manager, this Vice President will direct the strategic initiatives of the sector to include key growth initiatives and proposals. This role will also serve as the broad subject matter expert across the diverse solutions set in Health. With financial management services and profit and loss responsibility for a business exceeding $75 million in revenue, the Vice President will develop and implement strategic and tactical plans related to business development and operations. This includes:
- Directing the Contact Center Analytics team on strategic projects, major competitive bids, and internal initiatives.Independently writing key Health Solutions white papers, proposals, and marketing materials.Leading thought leadership initiatives for the Vice President/General Manager and the Vice President of Business Development.Attending key customer meetings with the expectation of presenting to the highest level with our customer base.Providing leadership and day-to-day management of related staff, budgets, and projects.Proactively identifying and resolving problems and risk related to strategic business operations.Presenting and representing our work at occasional speaking engagements.
- Effective communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate to large groups and senior executives. Proven written communications including publish-ready papers and exceptional proposal writing skills are also essential.Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices of financial, technical, and marketing management.Ability to develop and implement policies, practices, and procedures.Significant proposal preparation and costing/pricing analysis skills.Demonstrated ability to coordinate, manage, and supervise the activities related to Business Area operations.Demonstrated strategic planning skills.Comprehensive knowledge of relevant corporate and government regulations and standards
