The Ford Agency has a new Membership Coordinator role open at an association that works at the intersection of public policy and communications in downtown DC. The Coordinator will support the Membership team with the recruitment of new members and retention and engagement of existing members, making a high level of customer service essential in candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with at least 2 years of administrative experience and strong database skills looking to expand their skills in the membership space.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage membership database, renewals, and payments
  • Assist with planning orientation sessions and regional events
  • Identify creative ways to increase recruitment and retention efforts

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong database and Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with Association Anywhere is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task and self-start
  • Organized with outstanding attention to detail
