Main Tasks/Responsibilities: Manage existing benefit programs, making recommendations for modifications based on competitive trends, business needs, and costReview and provide guidance to staff on all aspects of existing benefit plans and business process with a focus on continuous improvementDevelop communication materials to support employee understanding and engagement in benefits programsManage annual benefit renewals and Open Enrollment processesSupport annual merit review and bonus processAct as the primary point of contact for Leave Management, ensuring compliance with FMLA lawsPartner with internal HR team in managing and developing HR processes and policies.Ensures compliance requirements are met, including ACA, ERISA, IRS, DOL reportingBe a trusted resource to managers and employees on a wide variety of human resources topics including policy interpretation, benefits, workers compensation, and pay-related issues. Experience: 7-10 years in progressive HR roles, with emphasis on benefits administration, compliance and HRIS2+ years leading a team in HR or Operational capacityBroad knowledge in developing business relationships including proven ability to interact with highest levels of organizations.
