Do you enjoy . . . being a knowledgeable product expert?PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Executes Workload and distributes tasks to support the Customer experienceMerchandises fixtures according to presentation guidelinesExecutes and maintains store visual presentation standardsAssist in freight processing / receiving operations in accordance with company best practicesMaintains store pricing / signage in accordance with guidelines.Follows Company best practices and participates in Company programs.Replenishes sales floor following capacity and sizing guidelinesModels a Customer First approach to drive salesDelivers the highest level of Customer Service through effective problem solvingAccurately and efficiently processes Customers' requests and transactions.Engages with Customers to identify specific needsSupports store Operations to drive the businessMaintains all back-stock areas according to best practices.Conducts prices changes, call backs, transfers, inventory tasksMaintains fitting room, sales floor, and work areas to Company standards.* Implements product protection and loss prevention programs.May be required to execute store opening/closing/overnight procedures on a regular basis as a key holderCompletes other Duties as assigned, which may include, but are not limited to: fitting room, housekeeping duties, stock room organization, and other tasks as assignedAssists Customers with selection of appropriate merchandiseTrains Associates to maximize performanceProvides timely feedback on sales floor operations to Outlet Store ManagerTrains Sales Associates on selling floor operations and bestQUALIFICATIONS requiredEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and interact effectively with othersBasic math and reading skills, legible handwriting and attention to detailBasic computer skillsAdherence to Company policies and proceduresRegular attendance is required.18 years of age or olderpreferredPrior experience in sales, customer service or other similar work with the publicPrior experience working with a teamspecial requirementsAbility to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the store. Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting, climbing, carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basisAbility to lift 50 pounds on an occasional frequent basis Greater than 50 pounds = 1 Associate per 50 pounds
