KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience:
    GS-12: One year of full-time experience at the GS-11 level that is close or similar to the work of this job. The experience includes activities such as implementing and executing the requirements of a safety and occupational health program to include policy development, training and education, and compliance and execution of safety and occupational health regulations.

    GS-13: One year of full-time experience at the GS-12 level that is close or similar to the work of this job. The experience includes activities such as implementing, executing, and managing a multi-disciplined comprehensive safety and occupational health program to include evaluating program requirements and needs, overseeing corrective action, developing program policies and procedures, supporting guideline documentation, and conducting training.

    Part-time and/or unpaid experience related to this position will be considered to determine the total number of years and months of experience. Be sure to note the number of paid or unpaid hours worked each week.
