Student Trainee (General Administration)
This position is being filled under the Pathways Internship Program. The Internship Program provides students who are enrolled in or accepted for enrollment in a wide variety of qualifying educational institutions with paid opportunities to work and explore career paths related to their academic fields of study or career interests.

Salary rates listed are base pay only. Locality pay will be added depending on duty location.
NU-01 Pay Band represents grades GS-01 through GS-04. Pay will be determined by level of education and experience in accordance with below representative grades.
GS-1- Enrollment in a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) program.
GS-2- Completion of high school or GED diploma.
GS-3- Completion of 1 full academic year of post-high school study.
GS-4- Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or an associate's degree.

Students will be evaluated based on a comparison of the quality and extent of their education and experience as reflected in their resume against the requirements of available positions.
To qualify for the NU-01 Demonstration Project Pay Band you must be enrolled in a high school diploma or GED program.
