Job Description: Highlights from the Job Description Include: Manage all branch personnel and the day-to-day operations of the branchCoach, develop, motivate, and support employees so that they can provide superior member serviceMonitor the quality of service for members and ensure that employees are suggesting products & services that are in the best interests of membersSupervise and develop staff by assigning responsibilities; administering performance appraisals; conducting training, coaching, and counseling employees when necessary; scheduling employees to accommodate work flowProvide account services to members including receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing withdrawals; and completing transfersEnsure proper cash reserves by ordering currency, verifying accuracy of vault deposits, recording vault transactions, balancing vault daily, and adjusting teller cash levels based on member needsProvide a variety of consumer and mortgage lending services by educating members about the wise use of credit; answering members' questions; providing loan information; stating procedural requirements; and accepting loan applications Work Schedule: Monday: 8:30am to 5:30pm Tuesday: 8:30am to 5:30pm Wednesday: -- 8:30am to 5:30pm Thursday: 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday: 8:30am to 6:30pm Saturday: (two to three per month) 8:30 am 12:30 pm --Work Site: Although the primary location for this position is in Perry Hall, employees will also be required to work at other branch locations (including Towson and GBMC) on an as needed basis. As a result, they may be asked to travel between locations, where starting and ending times are slightly different than the schedule described above.
