The right Sales Representative will be a true hunter and consultative seller who will capitalize on the opportunity of limitless earning potential with our firm. On our team a strong-willed, consistent, decisive individual who puts in the work to make the contacts and close business will build a strong residual income after a few years of solid sales effort.While life and health insurance licensing and prior experience is a plus, it is not necessary. We will help you get your Life and Health license to get you up and running quickly. To the right Sales Representative, we offer: First year on target earnings of $55,000 - $80,000 with a clear path to $150,000 in 3 years. Income is guaranteed (Irrevocable Draw) for the first 2 years as you build your book of residual commission. Responsibilities and Duties for the Employee Benefit Sales Representative: Identify and solicit prospects from various sources, both agency-provided and self-generated Achieve agency and individual goals Build relationships with clients, upholding agency's reputation with professionalism Identify customer needs and prescribe appropriate solutions Solicit referrals from existing agency accounts Coordinate with our Team for Setup and service of existing accounts Maintain necessary licenses and continuing education required for license renewal Qualifications for the Employee Benefits Sales Representative: Proven Sales experience of any kind College Degree beneficial or completion of some other post-secondary education or military service completion Personable attitude with the ability to work with a wide variety of clients Ability to influence others Self-motivated to increase sales and revenue Insurance Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
