We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining our DCIO/Sales team.This position is responsible for managing proposal development and submission activities primarily for investment only bid solicitations (ie Request for Proposals) in support of ICMA-RCa€ (TM) s business acquisition and retention efforts.Initially this position will serve both as project lead as well as the primary writer. The incumbent develops and monitors project plans; establishes and manages deliverables; collaborates with subject matter experts to fulfill bid requirements; researches, writes, and edits content; verifies proposal document compliance with bid specifications and ICMA-RC business practices; obtain Compliance review of draft proposals; oversees document production activities; and ensures on-time delivery of final compliant documents. The incumbent manages multiple projects simultaneously under stringent deadlines.
