(AFI) has a job opportunity for a Marketing Manager to be located in Lancaster, PA. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Marketing Specialists to drive the design and delivery of internal and external marketing projects including advertising campaigns, product launches, public relations, tradeshows and events, collateral, signage, and sales training tools. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will work closely with the leaders of brand marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, sales, legal and other key departments to define and support marketing initiatives, launches and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand presentation and messaging across all programs--Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager: Creating and managing the master marketing launch schedule / projects list with associated budgets, ROI and other metrics to ensure visibility and enable prioritization Creating and managing organizational and team processes for all go-to-market launch activities Managing outside vendors and integration to project workflows to deliver on-time and within budget Assisting with day-to-day workload prioritization, overflow work and specific projects/assignments Providing leadership to a team of Marketing Specialists accountable for the following: Working with the Creative Services team to execute literature, banners, sample portfolios, merchandising, packaging, labels, and other marketing materials as defined by the Creative Brief and Marketing Plan Working with the Creative Services team to define and execute photography needs Communicating and executing sample and merchandising needs in collaboration with the Merchandising and Samples team Developing launch presentations in conjunction with brand, channel and product team members Working with the digital marketing team to deploy website updates, videos, SEO/SEM campaigns and social/blog posts Managing the implementation and distribution of communication tools to internal/external audiences Managing the inventory, review, updates and production of existing marketing materials Managing the payment process from purchase orders to goods receipt to ensure accuracy on monthly budget forecasting Managing and execute special events and tradeshows--Required Qualifications for the Marketing Manager: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising or related field 8+ years of marketing experience 2+ years previous supervisory experience Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Experience across multiple marketing functional areas Strong knowledge of marketing communications practices Strong communication skills, including the ability to write and edit marketing content Ability to roll up your sleeves and take direct ownership of projects Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on-time and within budget Customer service orientation Project management and organization skills--Desired Qualifications for the Marketing Manager: Similar experience in a marketing agency environment About the Location (Lancaster, PA)--Located in South Central Pennsylvania, Lancaster is ideally situated for easy access to major metropolitan cities such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC and New York City.
