This role brings fresh, innovative ideas that meets brand strategies, and positions our brand uniquely against the competition. The incumbent develops and refines concepts, and has the ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish multiple tasks with attention to detail.** Samples of work are essential for consideration; please include an array of work that best represents you. Online portfolio is preferred.** Essential Functions:a€ cents Brings creative vision to life across integrated marketing channels including print, web, email, mobile, social media, and video.a€ cents Conceptualizes and executes interaction and user experience design as part of a multi-disciplinary team.a€ cents Applies conceptual strategy; incorporates new design elements based on business objectives, user feedback, reporting analysis, industry trends, etc. to successfully implement a high-impact, customer-focused marketing strategy.a€ cents Works with outside design and photography/videography vendors when appropriate on projects.a€ cents Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Required Skills:a€ cents Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite applications; particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.a€ cents Thorough understanding of current trends in typography, color theory, photography, and page layout.a€ cents Ability to operate independently, yet contribute in a collaborative environment, working with senior designers to develop concepts, comps, layouts, and final art.a€ cents Ability to research technology and interaction design trends; make recommendations that balance business needs, customer needs and technological capabilities when designing the user-facing aspects of new digital initiatives, features and/or enhancements.a€ cents Knowledge of all standard industry printing requirements including pre-flight and file preparation.a€ cents Excellent organizational and time management skills; are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.a€ cents Creative problem solver with exceptional attention to detail that thrives in a busy environment.a€ cents Ability and confidence to present ideas and concepts to a variety of internal clients and departments, communicate the graphic process, incorporate multiple ideas, and develop consensus.
