Manager, Member Journey & Marketing
Overall Duties: Candidate will play an important role in the Member Journey especially focused on acquiring and retaining our members. The Member Journey Candidate will create meaningful experiences for members and potential members by coordinating the daily membership functions encompassing awareness, recruitment, engagement and retention efforts.Specific Duties: Aid in the continuing development of the member journey mapping and collaboration of staff and members on execution. Aid in the development and execution of the annual membership plan to include membership marketing campaigns focused on recruitment and improved membership retention. Focus on recruiting new members in existing and new industry segments and markets. Managing potential new member lists and disseminating to the chapters and staff. Responsible for the annual renewal campaign for regular and corporate members, as well as maintain and monitor engagement and member relations to ensure lasting member engagement and renewals. Business Partner Advisory Council (BPAC) Liaison. Onsite exhibitor liaison at national events. Responsible for onboarding process for new brand and business partner members. Market and coordinate advertising for CRM magazine and white papers with Business Partners, Sponsors and Exhibitors. Supports marketing efforts by creating and distributing monthly communications to non-members and prospects. Assists with development and maintaining branding and marketing materials for the organization. Participates on the Membership and Marketing Committee monthly calls. Responsible for following up on the member assessment survey. Respond to all requests and inquiries that come into the association via web site, e-mail and phone and follow-up in a timely manner. Assist in building chapter launch tool kit and assist in launching chapters. Other Duties: Manage and update content on Membership related webpages Travel to National events and assist as requested. Other duties as assigned.
