Bloomberg BNA seeks a Financial Analyst to monitor and analyze financial metrics associated with Bloomberg BNAa€ (TM) s revenue and business operations. Provide management with value-added analysis to drive insightful business decision-making. Key contributor in the reporting, forecasting processes, and budgeting processes. RESPONSIBILITIES: . Prepare and maintain a monthly financial reporting package focused on business drivers and actionable insights. . Prepare revenue forecasts and annual budget. . Prepare financial analyses of revenue metrics of a subscription business. . Collect and gather data for detailed analysis including financial modeling, variance analysis, forecasting, auditing, etc. . Review the work of others and provide guidance, instruction and training to others. . Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: 7 + yearsa€ (TM) of experience in financial planning; thorough knowledge of principles and procedures of financial planning; thorough knowledge of a subscription revenue business; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; very strong systems skills including advanced Excel and ERP/EPM; experience with Host Analytics a plus; excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills as necessary to communicate effectively with people at all levels both inside and outside Bloomberg BNA; ability to work independently and with minimal guidance; strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); team player that is able to grow and maintain a positive culture that reflects the overall values of the organization; SAP experience required; Bachelora€ (TM) s degree in accounting, business or finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
