Marketing Specialist-- Job:--Marketing Primary Location:--Lancaster,--Pennsylvania Other Locations:-- Employment Status:--Full-Time Travel:--10%--Armstrong Flooring, Inc. (AFI) has an exciting job opportunity for a Marketing Specialist at our corporate office in Lancaster, PA. As a Marketing Specialist, you will own a broad range of projects and programs to deploy advertising campaigns, launches, public relations, tradeshows and events, collateral, signage, and sales training tools.--Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist: Work closely with brand marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, sales, legal and other key departments to support marketing initiatives, launches and campaigns, ensuring consistent brand presentation and messaging across all programs Create and manage the marketing launch schedule for marketing elements on assigned launches Maintain dashboard of projects, ROI and other metrics regarding project impacts Manage team processes such as intake and status of all projects, working with outside vendors and facilitating project workflow Create and manage the launch budget for all Marketing Plan elements on assigned launches Work with the Creative Services team to execute literature, banners, sample portfolios, merchandising, packaging, labels, and other marketing materials as defined by the Creative Brief and Marketing Plan Work with the Creative Services team to define and execute photography needs Communicate and execute sample and merchandising needs in collaboration with the Merchandising and Samples team Develop launch presentations in conjunction with brand, channel and product team members Work with the digital marketing team to deploy website updates, videos, SEO/SEM campaigns and social/blog posts Manage the implementation and distribution of communication tools to internal/external audiences Manage the inventory, review, updates and production of existing marketing materials Manage the payment process from purchase orders to goods receipt to ensure accuracy on monthly budget forecasting Manage and execute special events and tradeshows Support process improvement initiatives with the marketing function**As part of the interview process, candidates are asked to present a portfolio of previous marketing work --Required Qualifications for the Marketing Specialist: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Advertising or related field 5+ years of marketing experience Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Strong communication skills, including the ability to write and edit marketing content Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects on-time and within budget Ability to work effectively independently and collaboratively--Desired Qualifications for the Marketing Specialist: Agency experience Consumer brand marketing experience--Supervisory Responsibilities: None--Travel: Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experience in multiple marketing communication functional areas Excellent project management and organization skills About the Location (Lancaster, PA)--Located in South Central Pennsylvania, Lancaster is ideally situated for easy access to major metropolitan cities such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC and New York City.
