If so, read on!    Job Duties & Responsibilities     The Financials and Asset Management Team is seeking highly motivated, talented, and innovative Remedy Asset Management Developer assist in the development and maintenance of our ITAM (IT Asset Management System - BMC/Remedy). We are looking for a strong, creative senior developer who can analyze/trouble shoot system issues and utilize creativity and technology to make design changes that support new or changing business processes. This position will serve as a subject matter expert on the procurement and management of IT equipment assets/contract processes and will work on the re-write of and maintenance of the Remedy system. Several projects in the pipeline include continued development of the Central Contract Repository contracts system, expanded use of APIs to automate data pulls from our Peoplesoft/WorkDay systems, upgrading the current Remedy system from 8.1 to 9.1.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience using Remedy Asset Management to develop solutions using out of the box and custom code preferred
  • Strong knowledge working with the Remedy Developer Studio, BMC Atrium CMDB, Remedy
  • Forms, AR Workflows, active links, filters, filter guides, escalations, log analysis and fixing product defects
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and agile methodology a plus
  • Experience with JSON, XML, WSDL, RaaS, SaaS, Java, JavaScript, Eclipse (Workday Studio) highly preferred.
  • Experience in business technical analysis and requirements gathering/documentation
  • Demonstrated project management skills and project deliverables, work papers and other project artifacts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and SharePoint and/or equivalent
