Job Description: Provide regional support to all SDHMA practices to ensure clear communication between SDHMA Administration and SDHMA practices, compliance with operational standards and regulations, and educate and coach practices on new operational initiatives, workflows, procedures and requirements. Work with SDHMA management and members of the team to improve operational performance goals and practice workflows incorporating concerns or improvement possibilities from feedback received. Serve as a change agent for operational changes in the practices by influencing members of the team and providing clear communication to enhance understanding. Serve new and existing practices with office set-up and training on all new practices, new initiatives, operational workflows and processes.

Bachelor¿s Degree required or 5 years Medical Practice Management experience required in lieu of degree Ability to influence change in technology, processes and workflow. HAC and Misys experience preferred. Travel to local and out of town SDHMA Practices.
