The Field Service Rep will be responsible for providing New Equipment Training for the Smart Display, vehicle PDU, RPCU, and BFT and as such will be trained to have in-depth operational knowledge on these systems.

Essential Job Functions:

Install/de-install components, cables, and systems.

Troubleshoot any issues that arise with the above mentioned systems. This includes Cable problems, radio programming and basic trouble shooting, resolving CAN interface issues, and verifying Ethernet connectivity via the vehicle maintenance port.
Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Must possess a DOD Secret clearance.

High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) years of experience.

Familiar with cable build processes, 1-wire diagrams, level 2+ cable drawings,
vehicle component and cable installs, 25U radio experience.
