An independent sustainability consultancy that provides corporate real estate clients with assessment, strategy development and sustainability initiative implementation services has an open position for a Work at Home Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper in Huntington Beach.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Provide light bookkeeping accounts payable/receivable using QuickBooks and maintaining company records, process monthly payroll and payments to 3rd party vendorsIdentify vendors as needed, coordinate with vendors for service delivery and payment, prepare year-end 1099sAssist management with maintaining pipeline reports, contact lists, industry event and speaking engagement planning and trackingRequired Skills: Occasional travel to Orange County, California required to meet with management Proficient in QuickBooks with accounts payable/receivable experienceProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookProficient in internet navigation, use of travel websitesStrong attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to manage concurrent tasks and be both deadline and detail-orientedMinimum 5 years related experience
