One of the most diversified healthcare companies serving US and global customers is in need of a Work at Home Provider Customer Service Representative in Oldsmar.Candidates will be responsible for the following: Answer incoming phone calls from health care providers (ie physician offices, clinics) and identify the type of assistance the provider needsFocus on resolving issues on the first call, navigate through the appropriate computer system(s) to identify the current status of the issue and provide appropriate response to callerDeliver all information and questions in a positive, conversational and compassionate manner to facilitate developing a relationship with the providerApplicants must meet the following qualifications: Must be able to attend onsite training. Work from home after training is completed 1 year prior experience in an office setting, call center setting or phone support roleAn education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experienceDemonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard and navigation skills and learning new computer programsAbility to navigate a computer while on the phone
