Job Description: Support (Sr.) sales executive and/or (Sr.) (Regional) client executive in producing and retaining profitable business in the large group segment. Interact with consultants, brokers, benefit administrators and Optima Health business units to achieve these objectives. Conduct group educational meetings with members and prospective members as requested. Demonstrate knowledge about health insurance products, basic underwriting principles, self-funded arrangements and PPACA provisions impacting the Large Employer segment.
