Job Description:
Optima Health is seeking an rapport building professional to join our team and provide heavy administrative support, claim issue resolution, data entry and processing, and superb customer service to our valued clients. The ideal candidate will be an organized, sales savvy, effective communicator who will support the Richmond sales team of Optima Health.

Support (Sr.) sales executive and/or (Sr.) (Regional) client executive in producing and retaining profitable business in the large group segment. Interact with consultants, brokers, benefit administrators and Optima Health business units to achieve these objectives. Conduct group educational meetings with members and prospective members as requested. Demonstrate knowledge about health insurance products, basic underwriting principles, self-funded arrangements and PPACA provisions impacting the Large Employer segment.
