Candidates must have one full year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 level. Specialized Experience is defined: Performing some limited aspects of contracting transactions from initiation to awarding contracts, to the administration and closing of contracts and/or Interagency Agreements; experience can also include participating in projects that focus on policy development and operations/program improvements.
Requirement: Candidate must obtain FAC-C (1) Certification 18 months after appointment.
