The Ford Agency has an exciting  Executive Assistant role with a rapidly growing media and events organization in downtown DC! The EA will support the CEO and the executive team and have the opportunity to work on special events and research projects. Strong scheduling skills and proactivity are essential for this role, as well as the self-assurance and professional tact to keep the CEO on schedule and to communicate regularly with government and tech industry leaders. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity and is available immediately!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the CEO's inbox, calendar, and expense reporting
  • Booking meetings, venues, and travel arrangements for CEO and other executives
  • Preparing the CEO for meetings and assisting with project management

Qualifications Include:

  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Positive attitude and willingness to get things done quickly and thoroughly
  • Ability to handle sensitive manners and maintain confidentiality
