This team provides advanced support for customers and agents for the in force block of business. The team also provides ongoing training support for complex processes, product training and insurance concepts. This position will assist in providing in depth thought leadership and support to all customer service teams.Bachelors Degree (Mathematics/Statistics preferred)PCS designation preferredFLMI designation preferred7+ years management experience7+ years extensive life insurance, customer service and prior advanced marketing support experience preferredExperience managing exempt staffExcellent technical research, writing and presentation skillsStrong relationship management skillsLeadership skillsStrong organizational skillsStrong communication skillsProject management skillsAnalytical skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel
