**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance.**


Provides Launch  specific programmatic support to the OSL to include: Governance, Policy, Business Functions, Briefings, Interagency Support, Action Item Responses, Security, Strategic Planning and Launch Enterprise Documentation.
Advises and assists the Government through review, analysis, interpretation, impact assessments and alternatives/recommendations to proposed changes in any programmatic area. Develops, drafts and coordinates action item responses (Currently the TIER System) related to or affecting the Launch Enterprise. Develops and drafts implementation strategies, priorities and policy positions. Evaluates current and proposed policy/processes/procedures for identification of efficiency or effectiveness improvements commensurate with overall customer objectives.
Updates and maintains the documentation, processes and procedures to adhere to approved policies, directives and guidelines, including identifying any non-compliances and developing approaches to return to compliance. Documentation includes: 

  • Governance Plan in concert with Governance plan
  • Letter of instruction (LOI)
  • Policy directives and associated documentation
  • Business Functions including lower level documentation such as Directives, Instructions and Operating Instructions (OI) or plans.
  • Internal and external briefings, white papers, point papers, reports and associated documentation
  • Develop and maintain a Documentation Tree
  • Security Policy
  • COOP Policy and Procedures
  • Emergency Management Policy and Procedures

Provides interagency support to include: Launch Collaboration Steering Group, ELV Executive Board, AF PEO/Space Launch and AF MOU. Support also includes drafting and coordination of Interagency Agreements and/or MONMOUs supporting the Launch Enterprise.
Assists in planning, organizing and executing the annual Small Payload Rideshare (SPRS) Workshop, in collaboration with SPRSA and NASA. This task includes helping to develop a theme, identifying and obtaining speakers and panelists, organizing workshop activities (including classified side sessions), and providing for the distribution of the presentations to the participants.




1. Performs non-routine administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, including contracts, facilities planning, finance, logistics, property management, purchasing and/or security. 2. May perform tasks relative to the control of company and/or government property assigned to the organization.

 3. May perform facilities planning activities, including coordinating the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment.

 4. May act as facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer and government security regulations and procedures.

 5. May maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop reports.

 6. Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced administrative staff, and may have supervisory responsibility.

 7. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.

Qualifications 8-10 years of related administrative and analytical experience.
