The Engineering Instructor specialist will provide technical instruction support for various USAF acquisition programs within the DOD Anti-Tamper Executive Agent, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio.

Essential Job Functions:

Assist in instructing DOD and industry personnel on the approved anti-tamper related training materials.

Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials for various anti-tamper related courses.

Assist in the scheduling, planning, and execution of approximately 5-10 anti-tamper related courses annually.

Conduct advanced research into vulnerabilities of electronic systems from various intrusion and tampering threats.

Use professional electronics engineering knowledge to help assess and evaluate anti-tamper designs.
Requirements Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Bachelor of Science degree plus five (5) years of relevant experience on programs/projects in a relevant field.

Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information: Top Secret clearance (SSBI within the past five years) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI-DCID 6/4) eligibility on the first day of employment.

Desired Skills:

Demonstrate and maintain extensive knowledge and experience in anti-tamper policies, processes, and technologies.

Master of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, or related technical discipline.

Experience with avionics, sensor, and/or weapon systems programs for manned and unmanned aircraft.
