Sr Project/Task Manager
Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks. Possess and apply comprehensiveknowledge across key tasks and highimpact assignments.‐ Perform duties in accordance with thePMI, Project Management Body ofKnowledge standard.‐ With minimal supervision, manageprojects that include deployment of:desktops, laptops, tablets, servers,networks / LANS, voice systems,cabling, specialized equipment (e.g.fingerprint scanners, IAFIS equipment),data circuits, VTC, WAN / LAN design,and associated deployment services. Work with ICE PMs on projectimplementation plans and schedulesto deliver projects on time Plan, facilitate, and documentproject meetings Provide day‐to‐day statuscommunications with the ICE PMand OCIO SMEs. Utilize independent judgment andthe flexibility to accuratelycoordinate multiple projects withfrequent interruptions Utilize SharePoint, Project, and BMCRemedy to document and trackprojects Mentor and train fellow team members. Education 1. Bachelors Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience. 2. Professional certification (PMP) preferred. 3. ITIL v3 preferred. Qualifications Five (5) years projectmanagement experience. Ability to document solutionswith MS Office products:Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio,SharePoint, and Project. Must have ability to effectivelycommunicate, verbally and inwriting, with management andpeers. Excellent customer interface,coordination, andorganizational skills. Utilize interpersonal skills effectively.
