Cybersecurity Workforce Strategist

Key Role:
Apply knowledge of human capital and talent management, change management, organizational assessment, strategic planning, and general management consulting to government and private commercial organizations. Demonstrate experience in working closely with clients, including front line supervisors through executives in a team environment while ensuring effective communication and coordination. Analyze complex information and consolidate into concise written findings to drive strategic and tactical organizational decisions. Leverage knowledge to independently develop high-quality products, including analysis, benchmarking, reporting, strategy, and communications in a fast-paced environment. Support marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings specifically focused on Strategic Human Capital Management and Cybersecurity. Serve as a key team member for projects by assisting with managing delivery and client relationships.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with general management consulting, including change management, organizational assessment and design, human capital, strategic planning, or talent management

-Experience with delivering management consulting services

-Experience with project or task management

-Experience with working in a team-based environment

-Knowledge of key human capital and change management principles

-Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

-Ability to multi-task with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment

-Ability to synthesize and analyze multiple views and data sets

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with delivering management consulting services to the federal government

-Knowledge of analytical or technical client environments, including Cybersecurity, data science, or predictive intelligence

-Knowledge of federal human resources policies and regulations

-Possession of excellent critical thinking, leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-MA or MS or PhD degree in Organization Development, Leadership Development, Human Resource Development, Public Administration, Cybersecurity Policy, or Industrial or Organizational Psychology
