Job Summary/Company:
Eager administrative candidate needed for a growing company! This contract-to-hire position offers exposure to several different aspects of the company and is truly a well-rounded role.


  • Office management – vendor communication, office supply management, building maintenance POC
  • Event Planner – spearheads the planning of company events
  • HR Assistant – pre-screen resume submissions, schedule interviews, create offer letters, process terminations, track PTO
  • Management support – manage calendar for C-level and assist with domestic travel arrangements

Qualifications/Background profile:

  • The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years’ experience in a corporate office environment
  • Demonstrated MS Office proficiency (testing required)
  • Desire to learn all aspects of the job outlined above and willing to dive in wherever needed
