Eager administrative candidate needed for a growing company! This contract-to-hire position offers exposure to several different aspects of the company and is truly a well-rounded role.
- Office management – vendor communication, office supply management, building maintenance POC
- Event Planner – spearheads the planning of company events
- HR Assistant – pre-screen resume submissions, schedule interviews, create offer letters, process terminations, track PTO
- Management support – manage calendar for C-level and assist with domestic travel arrangements
- The ideal candidate will have 2 – 5 years’ experience in a corporate office environment
- Demonstrated MS Office proficiency (testing required)
- Desire to learn all aspects of the job outlined above and willing to dive in wherever needed
