We’re looking for someone amazing.

Our 142-year old conservation organization is experiencing a renaissance, with a bold new mission, high-impact programs, a growing membership, and impressive corporate partnerships. Now all it needs is you!

US: The nation’s first conservation organization, helping to restore America’s forests and fill our cities with trees and green space. We have great programs that make a difference, we’re growing every year ($5.5 million current annual budget), we offer a flexible work schedule, pay competitively, and have great benefits. This position is a highly valued member of our senior team, so you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to shaping the strategic direction of the organization.

YOU: A successful senior development professional (with 10+ years experience) capable of significantly growing our direct mail, major gifts, and corporate giving programs. You have a passion for conservation and the outdoors, a gift for engaging donors and for cultivating great relationships. You excel at time management and organization. You thrive on getting out and raising lots of money, but you also are a good manager, a collaborative team player, and a good mentor and coach to your four member team.
