Provides configuration management support to assigned projects. Maintains and track inventory of software/hardware deployed and purchased by engineering. Ensure configuration identification by reviewing design release documents for completeness and proper authorizations. Performs various audits and documents results. Host and conduct weekly program technical exchange meetings. Prepare configuration and data management documentation based on program requirements and contractual obligations. Participate in design reviews, audits, scheduling, and budgeting for procurement of new equipment and software. Receive and track system/process change requests for the program. Consolidate team identified impacts from change requests, and thoroughly explain those impacts to the government customer. Participate in special projects as required. Conduct and perform configuration and service asset management. Provide correction to the configuration management database. Maintain, track, and baseline the program specific documentation. Provide Configuration Management status and metrics in quarterly program management reviews.
Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline; or the equivalent combination of education; technical training or work experience.
5-8 years of related configuration management experience. Strong written and verbal skills and a positive attitude and prior customer experience.
