This position works in the Tax Division of the Special Operations Division of the District of Columbia Courts, and is responsible for ensuring that the operations and procedures of the office comply with the requirements of all applicable statutes, rules, business practices, standard operating procedures, and policies of the Court and the Tax and Special Operations Divisions.
The incumbent should be an energetic, enthusiastic and engaged professional who enjoys working with a diverse group of Court personnel and customers and lives the DC Courts’ values of Accountability, Excellence, Fairness, Integrity, Respect, and Transparency.

Bachelor's degree, four (4) years of experience managing cases, tracking cases or conducting accurate quality review checks plus one (1) year of experience supervising in an legal, court or office environment.
Management training may substitute for one (1) year of supervisory experience (You must provide documentation of your management training (i.e. certificate, transcript, etc.) with your application).

Foreign Education: Education completed outside the United States must have been evaluated by a private U.S. organization that specializes in interpretation of foreign educational credentials, commonly called a credential evaluation service or education to meet the above requirements.
