- Managing the inbox for the membership department objections
- Handling incoming and outbound calls to and from members
- Customer service tasks such as call forwarding, processing payments, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining and filing member applications and invoices
- Updating list request forms
- Collateral upkeep, ordering and inventory within the office
- Keep the marketing calendar up to date
- Mailing/fulfillment of targeted campaigns
- Basic administrative knowledge
- Strong customer service skills
- iMIS knowledge and experience
