- Lead and supervise customer service team
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and/or concerns
- Provide high-level customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage customer orders and ensure information is entered correctly
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Effectively communicate with customers about products and their knowledge
- Manage and develop
- College degree of equivalent experience required
- Minimum 2 years of customer service with supervisory/management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong data entry skills
- Experience with NetSuite is preferred
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
