Supervisory Librarian (Head, Digital Content Management)
This position is located in the Digital Content Management Section, Digital Collections Management and Services Division, Technology Policy Directorate, Library Services.

The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area.
The incumbent of this position will work a flextime work schedule.
This is a supervisory, non-bargaining unit position.
Relocation expenses will not be authorized for the person(s) selected under this vacancy announcement.
Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
Ability to supervise, motivate and lead a diverse staff.**
Knowledge of digital content management principles and practices.**
Ability to perform project management functions.**
Ability to interact collaboratively with others at all levels.
Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop solutions to plan and carry out digital content management programs.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
