A company that takes your current on-line product listings and copies them (including all variations, photos, descriptions, etc.) to the channels of your choosing for easier marketing is in need of a Virtual Technical Customer Support Representative.Core Responsibilities Include: Creating templates for customers using HTML and CSSImplementing your own marketing strategies to grow the businessPerforming usability tests and/or create user surveysSkills and Requirements Include:Availability to work approximately 10 AM to 6 PM for US Eastern Time (UTC - 4 or 5) Monday - FridayFamiliarity with web browsers, spreadsheets, and general tech savvinessStrong client-facing written and verbal communication skillsAbility to produce helpful written documentation about using a productClient-facing support experienceFast learner, the environment is constantly changing and you must change with it
