A company that helps with finding, hiring, and determining what to pay employees; employee orientation and performance; developing employee handbooks and benefits packages is seeking a Remote HR Generalist Consultant.Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities: Consulting with clients on strategies and tactics needed to help the company achieve its business objectivesDesigning, developing, and implementing recruitment, compensation, benefits and performance management systemsConducting HR Audits and prepare supporting reports and recommendations for improvementsPosition Requirements Include: Some onsite client visits and/or work will be required based on client needs Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related disciplineMinimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5 years in a Human Resources leadership roleAdvanced degree in HR-related field and/or HR certification preferredHR generalist experience required with specialty experience in at least one HR functional areaProven experience with HR strategy development
