Seeking a highly skilled SharePoint Developer. This key position supports website development for both the open and access controlled intranet web presence. Key technologies used in development of the customer website are SharePoint 2013, HTML, CSS, MS and JavaScript. The candidate will support a Sponsor implementation for the existing customer website, any future migrations from SharePoint 2013 to future SharePoint releases, and assist in any redesign and reorganization of the website. The candidate will provide web development and content migration support as part of a small team of developers. Under the direction of key management, the candidate will provide SharePoint website development support and participate in interactive team meetings and be responsible for technically implementing web capabilities. The candidate may also be asked to participate in preparing regular website usage reports and contributing updates for weekly status reports for management. Duties will include development and implementation of web applications.


Mandatory Experience Skills:

:1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience performing web development tasks from specifications

2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience developing websites and web user interfaces using SharePoint 2013, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and JavaScript

3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with SharePoint 2013 configuration and capabilities.

Desired Experience Skills:

1. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with HTML and browser compatibility baselines

2. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Section 508 user accessibility guidelines

3. Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Dreamweaver MX or similar product

4. Demonstrated on-the-job experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly

5. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working in a challenging and fast-paced team production environment under tight deadlines and responding quickly to changing priorities

6. Demonstrated on-the-job experience working independently with limited oversight

7. Demonstrated on the job experience with SPONSOR's SharePoint platforms

8. Demonstrated on the job experience troubleshooting and fixing conversion issues from Sharepoint 2013 to future SharePoint platforms and PL3 implementation on the current site.

9. Demonstrated on the job experience migrating SharePoint sites to upgrade SharePoint platform and implementing PL3 on SharePoint sites.

Education 1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

 2. Masters Degree preferred.

Qualifications 10-15 years of related software development experience.
