PenFed is hiring an Lead, Adobe Technical in Tysons, VA . The primary purpose of this job is to oversee PenFed’s technical implementation of the Adobe Marketing Cloud. In this role, you must demonstrate an excellent understanding of the technical implementations and integrations of Adobe’s product offerings, including but not limited to, Adobe Experience Manager, Analytics, Target, and Campaign.

Essential Functions

    Understand AEM technology stack (JCR repository, Sling, Felix/OSGI). Integrate AEM with other marketing products like DTM, Target, Analytics, and Campaign. Design, and develop AEM components, templates based on functional and technical requirements; monitor the security and performance. Design and develop using Sightly, JSP, servlet, sling service, configuration, runmodes. Set up and configure AEM authoring, publish, and dispatcher environment with Adobe recommended best practices. Evaluate the infrastructure needs of the system and optimize it for maximum performance and scalability. Work with front end technologies and frameworks (e.g. Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular.) . Design applications with clear separation between front and back end layers. 

Education and Experience

Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

    Ten (10) years of software engineering experience, including vast knowledge of development principles, frameworks, and technologies
    Five (5) or more years in experience with technical design and/or implementation of applications on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or CQ5 platform, front-end engineering, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS; Adobe Analytics, WebTrends, Google Analytics, or any other web analytics tool Three (3) or more years working with SQL data bases and business object reporting tools Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (Jenkins/CruiseControl/Maven/GitHub).
Supervisory Responsibility

    This position will supervise employees.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
