Perform maintenance at local branches and main office on an as needed basis.
Assist the Facilities Engineer with preventative maintenance programs, including HVAC system, and minor electrical, plumbing and electrical system repairs
Responsible for moving and storing equipment.
Responsible for cleaning facilities, including, but, not limited to mechanical rooms and telephone closets, including painting if needed.
Notify supervisor of any needed repairs, and makes minor maintenance repairs.
Order and maintain supplies and equipment as needed.
Coordinate and provide support during emergencies.
Provide daily progress reports of current projects.
Meet with fire department and powers down building as necessary..
Escort site vendors as required.
High School Diploma is required.
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
Minimum of six (6) months’ of relevant experience is required.
This position will not supervise employees.
There are no additional certifications required.
