About the Position
Provides clerical support to hospice and home care operations. For hospice; verifes DAL and payroll documents, tracks physician order signature status and secures signatures for same, and maintains donation records, files into hospice or home care chart. Answers telephones as required. Also responsible for maintaining of client records, service and billing, and performing a variety of clerical duties. May support multiple sites with the Office Coordinator.
High School Diploma. Requires a minimum of six months of clerical and office experience in a medical setting. Well organized, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, flexible, customer service experience. Ability to speak Spanish preferred.
