Technical Support/Client Services Specialist

Tick Data, LLC seeks a Specialist to manage client relationships and support its financial market data products. Candidate must have strong communication, computer, and technical problem-solving skills. 3-5 years of experience in technical/client support required. Interest in financial markets a plus.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound Support phone calls and emails from clients worldwide.
  • Research and solve Support issues, and if necessary, escalate to Engineering or Market Data Groups for assistance in complex Support cases.
  • Own client communications from initial inquiry through resolution.
  • Direct inbound sales inquiries to proper sales channels.
  • Manage product subscription renewals and payments.
  • Generate reports on sales and support issues to senior management.

Being the primary contact between the company and its clients, the person filling this role is vital to the firm's success.
