The Technical Manager will be the primary point of contact with the client’s Technical Staff and will serve as the Technical SME over our team. The Technical Manager will be responsible for the overall functional design of all system components, functional procedures, project applications, and functional documentation and will also be responsible for liaising with the client’s business SMEs on any functional decisions.


1. Plans, manages, and controls system operations activities at a company or customer location.

2. Supervises and directs the work of assigned systems operations staff, which may include subordinate supervisors.

3. Oversees activities such as equipment scheduling, production control, data libraries, teleprocessing, and similar operations.

4. Establishes detailed schedules for the utilization of all equipment to obtain maximum utilization and effectiveness.

5. Assigns staff to insure optimum effectiveness and monitors performance.

6. Recommends and implements projects to minimize costs, ensure optimum output, and maintain quality.

7. Controls the integrity and security of all data files received, utilized, processed, and produced by computer operations personnel.

8. Interacts with client and vendor personnel to resolve problems.

9. Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

10. Participates in special projects as required.


Education 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Qualifications 1. Experience in Contact Center Solution Development and Delivery of projects of similar size and complexity.

2. 8-10 years of overall experience with 5 years of related technical, and operational experience, including supervisory experience.

3. Advanced knowledge of the associated hardware, software, and equipment.

4. Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals of data processing and computer operations.

5. Effective supervisory and communication skills.
