The System Architect is responsible for the design, maintenance, procedures, and architecture related to data, program applications, and systems documentation. Must have experience in Contact Center Solution Development and Delivery of projects of similar size and complexity.


Job Responsibilities:

Non Exempt -


1. Leads the team responsible for analysis, design, administration and maintenance of program applications, and systems documentation for local operations.

2. Oversight of and monitoring the usage and performance of voice, video and/or data communications networks, as well as all applicable applications for Contact Center operations

3. Maintains network security and ensures compliance with security policies and procedures.

4. Evaluates hardware and software, including peripheral, output, and related equipment.

5. Manages network and application installations and upgrades.

6. Interfaces with vendors to ensure appropriate resolution during network outages or periods of reduced performance.

7. Provides advice and training to end-users.

8. Leads the team responsible for the resolution of complex systems, applications and data problems.

9. Maintains knowledge of relevant and emerging technologies as required.

10. Participates in special projects as required.

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
