- Oversee the daily administration of office services, facilities management, assist mail services for office as needed
- Coordinate and assist with furniture moves, conference room setup, and general office maintenance.
- Ensure that kitchen, conference rooms, copier areas, balcony, and storage rooms are maintained.
- Monitor office equipment and appliances. Arrange for repair as needed.
- Keep vendor and procurement list up to date
- Coordinate and monitor building staff on maintenance issue
1-3 years in either Procurement or Facilities Management; including vendor agreements and negotiations for office equipment and furniture and finalizing fiscal year budgets. Degree preferred. Please submit resume to Catherine Mitchell; email@example.com.
