This is a full-time position with the Office of the Legal Counsel at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C.

Attorney with excellent analytical, research, and writing skills. Demonstrated ability to perform high quality legal work with minimum supervision and within specified time limits. A minimum of three years practice, preferably including experience in the following areas: litigation and appellate experience, federal constitutional law or federal habeas corpus law, employment law, and ethics. Must be an active member in good standing admitted to practice in the highest court of a State, Commonwealth, Territory or Possession, or the District of Columbia.
