Front Office Manager
The mission of the Fleet and Family Readiness (FFR) Programs team is to maximize the physical, emotional and social development of the Navy family. FFR enables a ready Navy force through its Fleet Readiness, Family Readiness and Housing Programs. We service all non-appropriated fund (NAF) employees who work for Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR), Navy Gateway Inns & Suites (NGIS) and Bachelor Housing (BH) throughout the Fleet and Family Readiness Program for the Naval District Washington (NDW) Region.

This Poston is subject to the possibility of working on weekends and holidays, as well as, rotating shifts, often consisting of other than normal duty hours. The staff member may be recalled to duty and/or required to work overtime, as necessary to meet mission requirements. Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Requirements include extended periods of standing, walking and lifting/carrying objects up to 30 pounds.
The incumbent is expected to obtain the Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS) certification or industry equivalent within six months of employment, as well as, any other requirements for front desk operations outlined in the Lodging Career Path Guide
